Police Records

The Records division of the Police Department supports the operational efforts of the Patrol and Investigative functions as well as performing a variety of other services, including but not limited to:

  • Data entry
  • Report maintenance/ Filing/Retrieval
  • Issuing Licenses
  • Copy reports for Civilians / Attorneys / Law Enforcement Agencies / Insurance Companies
  • Expungement Orders
  • Division of Youth and Family Backgrounds
  • Issue Handicap Placards
  • Process Firearms Applications
  • Process Fingerprint Cards
  • Process Juvenile Complaints
  • Conduct monthly statistics
  • Handle petty cash
  • Conduct Uniform Crime Reports
